Na een diepgaande crisis in haar leven ontstond haar eerste eenheidservaring, waarin beperkingen in haar waarneming wegvielen. Ze begon haar pad van heling, therapie, zelfontwikkeling, spiritualiteit en bewustwording. Het werd een onomkeerbare reis, vol uitdagingen maar ook diepgaand inzicht. Voor haar vijfentwintigste volgde ze een counselingopleiding en ontdekte ze emotioneel lichaamswerk. Later verdiepte ze zich in oosterse helende kunsten, werd ze zelf 'teacher' en ontdekte ze tantra en sjamanisme. Deze disciplines verbreedden haar horizon en brachten meer belichaming en verbinding in haar leven, zowel innerlijk als dynamisch. Ze werd beïnvloed door diverse leraren en tradities, zoals yoga, boeddhisme, traditionele Chinese geneeskunde, tantra en sjamanisme, evenals moderne benaderingen zoals circling en geweldloze communicatie.

The Despacho Ceremony helps to discover what you want to offer to Mother Earth after self-examination and contemplation. What are you grateful for? What does your life need for healing, growth, or restoration? What are you seeking healing for?
During the workshop, you first consciously connect with yourself through a dance journey. We guide you through self-examination, increasing your awareness of your inner world.
Your prayers, gratitude, and intentions are captured with beans, candies, flower petals, raisins, rice, and together we create a mandala on cotton.
After laying down our prayers, we close the package and offer it to the fire or the earth.
