There are only five day tickets, but you are free to go as you please. Single day tickets are not available.
Sorry to say, but early arrivals and before opening hour is not possible. This would be disruptive for our team and buildup crew. We check this thoroughly.
We organize Rise•UP on the estate of Kasteel de Nerckt. The garden, facilities and cooperation with the owners make this the ideal location. Kasteel de Berckt, De Berckt 1, 5991 pd, Baarlo, Netherlands
By plane: Eindhoven airport is the closest. From there, continue by train. By train: take the train to Railway Station Venlo and from there the bus (14min) to Baarlo, De Berckt. It is a 7-minute walk from the bus station
Carpool possibilities: the facebook event is the ideal place to offer/find a ride! We also have a Rise-UP carpool group on facebook. Let's support each other and the planet through car sharing. A chalkboard at the festival offers rides for your way back home.
All tickets include festival, activities, camping & three meals a day.
Your ticket includes five days/four nights at the festival, including meals prepared by chef Conan (and the kitchen team) & a spot on the campsite (for a tent).
A surcharge applies for reserving a camper place or room in the farm.
We organize three healthy and nutritious vegetarian meals a day for you. In addition, our chef buys all organic products from local farmers.
We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet style. On Wednesday, the day of arrival, lunch is the first meal. On Sunday, the day of departure, we close our meeting with a ceremony and lunch. On all intervening days we serve three meals. You can also buy healthy snacks and drinks in our lounge which is open throughout the festival.
We accept cash & debit card payments. Potions: try our signature chocolate elixir! Order freshly squeezed vegetable/fruit juices. Or drink a barista coffee. Coffee and tea in the morning at breakfast are included in the price. Snacks: don't miss Yvette's famous raw pies! During the festival we offer organic and authentic products on our marketplace. In addition, you can enjoy massages, individual healing sessions, sauna and whirlpool. These are not included in the price and can be paid in cash or by debit card.
There are NO registration lists. This allows you to decide at the moment what you want to participate in.
It is possible that activities can be full, so make sure you are there on time.
At our campsite you can set up your tent or check in for your room on arrival from 10 am. On the day of departure, the campsite and the check-out of the rooms is on Sunday at 10 am.
It is not possible to be on the festival site earlier than the check-in time or later than the check-out time. It is disruptive for the construction/dismantling teams when there are unnecessary participants present. We kindly but explicitly ask you to take this into account.

Yes, RiseUP is child-friendly in the beautiful, natural, safe harbor of Kasteel De Berckt. Children of CoCreators must be at least 12 years old.
There is a children's field, with tents and shade. A variety of children's activities will take place here, including crafts, playing together and a program of specific children's workshops. Under the supervision of a dedicated and experienced children's team, this space will be open every day.
Kids food: There will be special kids meals every day, so kids who aren't fans of veggies and tofu will be happy to hear about it.
There are also separate areas for the teenagers of the UP-family, both inside and outside. Places to chill and make plans that can take shape during the festival. For the teenagers, a dedicated supervisor is present to help make it a wonderful week. The program offers a number of sections that are exclusive to the teens. And sometimes for teenagers and their parent or parents.

No, Rise•UP is alcohol and drug free. We do not serve/sell alcoholic beverages and you are not allowed to bring and consume these yourself. Smoking is only allowed in the place that we have specially assigned for this purpose on the property.
We encourage you to experience our events as low-tech as possible. So leave laptops and phones in your tent/room.
Dogs and other pets are not allowed on the festival terrain.
You may resell your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend the festival. In this case, please let us know by e-mail the name and contact details of the new person who will attend the event (tickets@rise-up.nl).
We do not refund or exchange tickets. Don't hesitate to contact us by email if you have a very specific/unique situation regarding the cancellation. (info@rise-up.nl)
Do I have to pay extra costs for the workshops?
No. Your ticket includes all workshops and activities. There is a contribution for the individual session on the healing field (massages, readings, healings, etc.) and for the use of the sauna and hot tubs, which can be paid in cash or by debit card.
Yes. You are free to move as you please. If for any reason you decide to look for accommodation outside the festival location or prefer to arrive/depart at a more convenient time for you, please note that we cannot offer a discount/refund on your ticket.

Workshops and activities are both indoors and outdoors. We respond flexibly to extreme weather conditions.
We have a drop-off area at the campsite and farm to ensure a comfortable arrival. After unloading your gear, park in a designated parking spot.
There is ample parking within a five minute walk of the venue. You can follow the directions of our crew or the signs on site.
The campsite is on the festival site, an open field with both sunny and shady spots.
On the large camping field you can choose your camping spot at the time of arrival: first come, first served! You can also reserve a camper spot in advance.

1. in case of cancellation up to 12 months before the agreed effective date of the event: 10% of the invoiced amount;
2. in case of cancellation between 12 months to 6 months before the agreed effective date of the event: 50% of the invoiced amount;
3. in case of cancellation between 1 month to 2 weeks before the agreed effective date of the event: 90% of the invoiced amount;
4. in case of cancellation later than 4 months before the agreed effective date of the event: 100% of the invoiced amount;
