There is an extensive program, but that does not mean you have to participate in everything. We recommend that you also take sufficient time and space to relax and simply enjoy yourself. For this, you can visit the lounge, the sauna, the hot tubs, the fire, the silence tipi, the small beach, the lake, the Meuse, get a treatment from a masseur or healer, or have a good conversation with an UP Elder.
