Mantra Yin

A deepening Yin yoga session accompanied by live sung healing mantras. A warm bath of soft music and loving attention to yourself. We share chanting mantras interspersed with stilling postures from the Yin Yoga tradition, allowing you to experience the space to simply 'be'.
