The strength of the RiseUP festival lies in its unique and diverse workshop offerings. Each year, we select the most prominent and transformative facilitators from the conscious field. Workshops include Bodywork, Breathwork, Ecstatic Dance, Yoga, Kundalini, Tantra, Healing, Tantric Dance, Conscious Relating, and much more!

The concerts and musicians at RiseUP help you reach the deeper layers within yourself. Inner exploration is guided by the body and the sounds created by our musicians.

Healing helps restore balance and reconnect body, mind, and spirit. At our healing area, you can book sessions—from energy work to massage—either in advance or on-site, giving you the perfect moment to relax, recharge, and rejuvenate during the festival.

At RiseUP, we enjoy surprising, varied vegetarian menus, with fresh vegetables, fruit, tofu, nuts, rice, noodles, coconut milk, and many other favorites every day. All meals are included with your ticket.

Each year we create an amazing Kids Program. The youngest ones (0–4) have access to professional childcare, while children aged 5 and up can enjoy a wide range of activities and parent–child workshops at the Kids Field and Kids Terrace, guided by an experienced team. For teens, we offer indoor and outdoor spaces where they can fully be themselves, with plenty of freedom, facilities, and special workshops designed just for them.

Throughout the festival grounds, artists appear spontaneously, ready to surprise you with their magic. An incredible spectacle unfolds—with fiery shows and many more unexpected delights.
